Q. Do I pay upfront when I make my booking ?
R. No, you pay in person at the Space Hair salon at the end of your appointment.
Reservation
q. Is it necessary to make a reservation ?
R. No, walk-ins are welcomed at Space Hair ! However if you have not made a reservation you might have to wait until a hairdresser is free. You can reserve on line on the Reservations page or by calling us at 01.48.87.28.51. Click here to be transferred to the Reservations page.
Cancellation
Q. How do I cancel my appointment if it is necessary ?
R. You can either use the form on the Contact Us page, or call us to cancel your booking. We would be most grateful for your efforts in ensuring that all bookings are honored. Please note that clients who systematically make reservations but do not honor them, risk being refused future bookings.

Late
Q. I am running late and will not make my appointment on time. What should I do ?
R. Please call us at 01.48.87.28.51 to let us know how long you will be delayed. We will either wait for you, or reschedule your appointment Please note that clients who are systematically late might be penalized.

They will guide you in the process of selecting the cut and color that will highlight your features. At Space Hair, our Transformation Service was created to help our clients find the best version of themselves.

Q. I need to get my hair colored and would like to try something new. Can you help me find the perfect color and avoid any pitfalls?
R. The team of colorists at Space Hair will guide you through this process. You'll even find swatches in the color chart, allowing you to imagine your look with a new color.
Repair
Q. Please help ! My hair has been ruined by too much sun and too many colorings. What should I do ?
R. The hairdressers at Space Hair will help you find the right products to repair the damage to your hair, and will advise you on how to avoid further damage. We have a wide range of top shelf products from the best brands, including MoroccanOil, Wella, and Sebastian. Do not hesitate to ask for help !
